MAGGIE & THE A TEAM

	Maggie Casey Altomare Maggie has 20 years of hands-on proven experience, knowledge, and skills combined with a "no nonsense" approach to real estate. Personalization, quality service and results are the keys to Maggie's success. The majority of her business comes from referrals -- not only by past residential clients but also corporate clients. Maggie has a BA in History from Stetson University and has lived up and down the east coast giving her an intimate knowledge of the relocation and moving process. She is a member of the PWAR Grievance Committee. Maggie has served in many volunteer positions in church, and political and social capacities. She has also been an office manager, relocation director, and licensed assistant, all of which give her a unique well-rounded approach to the business. Maggie's business has grown one happy client at a time over her 20 year career. During her years as a Northern Virginian, Maggie has had the opportunity to assist a great number of clients, many of whom have become friends and then refer their friends and family because of Maggie's integrity and commitment to client service.
	Kimberly C Shelton Kim is new to the A Team, but she is not new to the business. She has worked in the Mortgage Industry for the last 10 years and has a BA from the University of Richmond. Kim's expertise lies in the areas of accounts payable, post closing, loan package auditing, multi-state licensing regulation and settlement reconciliation. She has experience dealing with lenders, appraisers and settlement companies. Kim handles the financial needs of our team.
	Mary Margaret Allegro Mary Margaret has been part of Maggie's team since July 2000. She brings a host of experiences and abilities to the team. Mary Margaret has a BS in General Studies with emphasis in Management, AS in Marketing, and a Master's in Education. In addition, she has training and experience in a number of software products from the Microsoft Suite to Lawson Systems HR software and TMS Personify Data Analyzer application. She has served as everything from substitute teacher to the Manager of HR Technical Services for the American Society of Civil Engineering which was her job prior to starting with Maggie's team. She is our all around go to person to find information and to handle the day to day aspects of our general office needs.
	Steve Endress Born and raised in Northern Virginia, Steve is the A Team's "first line of defense." From re-keying to weekly checks on property, he does everything and anything to maintain our re-sales and rentals from start to finish. As a third generation contractor, he is the Team's "nuts and bolts" guy.
	Bill Scheid Our most recent member to the team is originally from Minnesota but has been a Fairfax resident for the past 12 years. A Sociology Major, he attended Old Dominion University and will be transferring into George Mason University so he can continue to provide invaluable support to Maggie and The A Team. Bill's duties range from courier service, to checking utilities at properties to delivering marketing materials and all of the everyday tasks that are integral to ensure smooth running of a busy real estate team. We look forward to him growing in experience and knowledge in the real estate industry and possibly obtaining his sales person license as he continues his higher education.
